Just FYI, the devs must've optimized the game since it first released. I run it just fine on a 980 GTX. Air-cooled system.
Performance monitor shows the GPU pulling 70-75% usage at 60-68 degrees during the player apartment section. During exploration or in sex scenes, the GPU will show 80-100% usage at 65-76 degrees. I have yet to experience a single crash over 11 hours of playtime. It does rarely lag for a second, I assume this is when GPU usage hits 100%, but it lasts for a second or less.
Settings:
Image quality: High
DLSS On
Upscaling quality: Performance
1920x1080@75 on a 30" monitor.
So the minimum requirements listed could be lowered.

Getting a bug where I can't access the mansion guest room bathroom. When you try to pass the white chair, your character will stop any WASD movement.

It's not 2005. 11gb download takes about 3 to 5 minutes, not a day.
