There are plenty of furry games that are not tagged gay. There are, however, very few furry games that are not tagged gay, and at the same time have furry MC.
Most games are either furry on furry, but gay, or straight, but with human male MC.

I remember a game with such concept, the dev answer was "I'm more comfortable with this engine". That being said, it was like using belaz to go grocery shopping. He switched to renpy a bit later.

Another Artist VN project (and an artist I didn't know about!), they're usually pretty fun, but I notice they're extremely slow to update on average.
Currently kind of a B&S if you expected not to see dog cock, but the dev says you'll be in much more control of the werewolf content once it's more fully developed and be able to skip most, if not all of it.
