you need 50 mechanic skill to obtain car from valentina. you can upgrade the skill with work as assistant in valentina garage.

You need to have a certain number of friendship points with her and talk to her in a certain place. If you can't find it, by increasing your friendship points, this information will be given to you in "my info about her" but with more points than you need to get the number.

You have to kill the monsters in the cave to get them. There are also chests in it that can give them as a reward and bosses that give more and potions already ready to consume.
To see how to increase skills or why intelligence decreases, you just have to read the introduction to get your answer. There is also a question mark below the game clock to access all the explanations of the game.
Just in case, there is :
- A school => intelligence
- A gym => strength
- A garage => mechanical
- Having to create potions => Alchemy
The remaining skills increase with the potion to be created or collected.
Not intuitive? It just seems logical to me, especially the question mark to get the inadvertent past explanations.

To #1 yes re-download, and #2 no you'll need to follow her quest guide. I think...
I already finished her quest line. The final part was jogging with her. Didn't get anything more than that and watching her sunbathing or at the gym

Brother, when the majority of people complaints is the game isn't intuitive and it's slow as all hell then maybe it's time to take some of these complaints to heart and do something about. I'm not not shitting on your game to be a dick because it would be awesome if this game and your other game was fun but they're a fucking slog and they're not intuitive and you seem stubborn as fuck and stuck in your ways. I'm not going to sit here and have a back and forth argument about this, best of luck with your games homie.
