No, you can play any of the chapters to your liking but you won't get the story.

the one on the OP post is chapter 3 and the latest one. While the one that is teased for demo and is still not yet released is chapter 4 and supposedly the final installation.

I need some help, how do I get this game running? the only executable file I find is a file named test.exe, and it simply opens a message in japanese, and a black window.

Apparently the first story of the final arc is completed and have been released to paying members.
The devs said that one story shall be released every month, it would take until the end of march for all 4 story arc to be completed.

there is no official english translation by the devs AFAIK, all the available ones are MTL/fan based translations.
