I mean, he's right yknow. The potential is there, but the choice of focusing on side characters that we don't get attached to such as the MC is really a missed shot. This could be easily rectified by adding more scenes with the MC but we only get breadcrumbs.

Though I disagree with the corruption part. Im with the dev that dark themes should stay dark, and should shy away from corruption mechanics that mostly make most MCs a bimbo unless developed well(but honestly doesnt fit the grimdark theme)

Someone please translate his doujins tho, his doujins makes me feel disappointed on what this game could have been.

yes id prefer it to do a thing that actually works rather than do absolutely nothing with any mechanic, and by corruption i didnt mean becoming a bimbo rather getting corrupted like the rest of the characters you see in the game. Literally anything that changes the character based on players choices. Instead you get a lazy "nothing happened - reset to checkpoint" whenever something goes wrong in a game that pretty much begs for some sort of player getting corrupted mechanic
