Just finished it. Yes, it's avoidable, but you'll also be skipping about half of the content in this already short game.
As for Netori, all of the characters are not in a relationship, so by definition there's no Netori.

Lastly, the game end on a cliffhanger. So if anyone is on the fence, I suggest wait for the sequel, as there's just too little content right now.

This game is just for netorare fans then, I refuse to believe that someone who dislike/hate netorare would actually buy this and be ok with paying the full price for only half the content, but hey this is a prime reason why I hate when games mix netorare and vanilla/harem.
