Does this utilize the other patch here as a base or is it 100% yours? What are the differences? Does it support the mod?

My version (edited mtl). What's inside? Game + patch + save (overpowered, missing Yamano's rape/zombie scene).

this is the only version i could find that is in english text and not japanese text, al the other versions i downloaded where in japanese or diferent language there was nowhere to find the english patch.

im gonna be the one to say it because im dumb why doesnt someone who has the game translated with the patch (already set up and ready) just post theirs for us cause im dumb and i been here for 2 days trying to figure this shit out man
