Not sure but I do know it's possible and not even that difficult. I know no one cares buuuuut......
Accents & dialects are significantly less of a shift than diff languages but the same principles apply. An example everyone reading this can agree on; JAV actresses 'moan' via high-pitched squeals whereas 'western' women in porn do not. It was more about what i wasn't saying, the screaming part is the easiest thing for them to do its a given, if they're lucky they get to film a bunch of vanilla scenes and call it a day.
