It kinda happened. The saved games that I have in the vicinity of the scene are corrupted. I'll send you the nearest saved game I have. All you have to do is tie the MC up as you see in the photo, have her sit where she's sitting, and wait. Oh, and make sure those who capture (see the image) free themselves last. The captured must free themselves slightly sooner.
Haven't noticed if this was reported as a bug or not, but I had an instance where I was capturing one agent in the warehouse upper area and the second came and tied me up. Because I was already in the motion of capturing, the agent and my figures merged and would never separate. She was superimposed over my character and although I managed to hop into the elevator and untie myself, it never corrected so we stayed that way until I quit.
