It kinda happened. The saved games that I have in the vicinity of the scene are corrupted. I'll send you the nearest saved game I have. All you have to do is tie the MC up as you see in the photo, have her sit where she's sitting, and wait. Oh, and make sure those who capture (see the image) free themselves last. The captured must free themselves slightly sooner.

Haven't noticed if this was reported as a bug or not, but I had an instance where I was capturing one agent in the warehouse upper area and the second came and tied me up. Because I was already in the motion of capturing, the agent and my figures merged and would never separate. She was superimposed over my character and although I managed to hop into the elevator and untie myself, it never corrected so we stayed that way until I quit.

Meh more of just waiting for an more proper content update as it's been mostly small but impactful changes which are being done now rather than later I presume so it will not be very troublesome to implement later or something like that. It's extremely early days for the game that it's at alpha stage at best if not pre-alpha or concept.

Dev is on the site and aware of this thread (you can see their posts above) so I would also expect them to make an post when they do make an update that is significant.
