I just think he can't be bothered to censor the genitals and since it's "just a WIP" he sometimes just doesn't feel like doing it. Explains why he sometimes delays even finished artwork on Fanbox
I'm not defending him though. He states in his higher tier plan that he also posts WIPs and both plans on SubscribeStar and Fanbox have the same name so they should get the same stuff at a similar time
Yeah Fanbox is cheaper given the high inflation of Japanese yen but he never said they get less stuff, just censored stuff and that's because of the ToS

I don't blame you, shit's annoying as fuck. Been 4 days and he still couldn't be asked to put the Sparkle WIP on Fanbox. At this point I'm just assuming he'll forego posting the WIP entirely and just post the finished artwork with how long he's waiting

I am very surprised that it takes so long to publish the finished work, but hey, we don't know why this happens if we don't have the WIP.

I also had a crackpipe theory that he found this thread and saw us complaining and decided to purposefully slow down Fanbox uploads, but it seems so stupid that I just can't believe it.
