The guy literally just makes the same crappy edit all month long, the month of April literally only had 1 piece of art that was good, which was GraceBilly's, I miss 2023 when I looked every day to see if there was new art from the artist, there were already these silly edits, but they had quality and diversity, now you have to wait a whole month to have 1 or 2 pieces of art that are good.

I'd say it's no different from doing regular NSFW in cosplay.
It satisfies people's urge to see their waifus do these things "in real life". Add the fact that 90% of her content is done from an angle where you don't have to see neither of their faces and boom. Easier to self insert as well and less to distract you.
