To my knowledge this is the way in version 0.27 the creator made sure you would find the added minigame for this update. At this point also it is expected that you have already completed all the bar waitress quest line and this is the current maximum 'stage' of that quest line. Perhaps in a future revision it will unlock something else (or become an alternate peitho route).
Hopefully its not an alternate route to the Peitho path (good path but would be quite derivative), but rather a unique path in itself. Maybe Jenna as the bar's new human urinal.

You can train another captive found south of the main area, after that its all there is until the future instalments.

As mentioned before: If they do branch out more. Which: Would be cool. As less railroading in games like this is always* a nice touch. (*If done decently)
Then I just hope it manages to hold up to the rest of the game. I've seen quite a few games try to be "inclusive" with different routes. But, more often than not you just have the "superior route". With matching quality to the main route.

Rope is found in the secret base, the railroad section of the Carceburg mines/cavern near the mine carts after the fogged labyrinth section.
The other items in the same quest :
Bones are at the entrance to 'The Hub' in the abandoned/destroyed stronghold.
Sticks are at the east of Carceburg town. Activate the stump at the crossroad near the branch that leads North (the path you come from when you first get to Carceburg).

I only have the Steam version which kept one version behind but when Steam updates to 0.27 it will tell me that 0.28 is out on Patreon and make me curious about the changes.

Shorter update, might do a thorough one later: I played through most of the new content since I last played. Didn't find all, but did a decent sweep. I'll mainly focus on the scenes, rather than gameplay as I already covered that in my first review.
With the removal of the lesbian tag, I'd say this game holds up well. Though, it should advertise that better on Steam and Patreon too.
As nearly all lesbian content is just very... "there". I could find one scene that had a proper finish. And it felt a bit out of place. (Was well made however. Held up to the male scenes.) But it was there. (As opposed to two straight scenes I found without finish, or one "off screen".)
To clarify: It IS generally well written. It just doesn't get the bells and whistles to it the straight content does.
Overall, it feels like an obligatory filler, just to be there "because" without much thought.
Some scenes I will say: Does put some backbone into them. But yeah, most are just there to enhance the straight stuff.
And to their credit, they did have two "Psyche!" scenes.
That said. The anatomy is consistent. Except proportions.
Like: We have dicks ranging from small to hyper. But all pussy are just, small. Slight variety could have been nice. Especially on the non-human enemies. Closest we get is some random tentacles in terms of variation. I'm kinda fine with sticking with human on all. But some proportion variation couldn't hurt on the girls as well.
All and all: The combat is fun. It's a solid game.
Though, the whole "I gotta save my girlfriend!" angle is really weird with how sub-par the overall f/f content is.
Unless the goal of the game is a sort of "she just says she's gay cuz she hasn't had enough dickings" propaganda type thing?
I'm not sure? I guess I'll have to wait and see what is added. And/or if certain paths are fleshed out. But currently, the game does feel a bit railroaded. But more in the sense that it seems to resent you for picking certain options.
Like, to simplify a bit: But for example: If I picked option A: I got 8 sex scenes, with animated segments+cumshots. 3 pieces of gear. And a gun. If I picked option B: I skipped most of that, and got the gun. And if I picked C: I got a boss fight. No gear. And a single frame sex scene without finish. Feels a little like playing on hard, but all the rewards are over at easy.
I do hope the other routes get fleshed out more. As you currently kinda have one main, intended route, and a "I don't want to play the game" route.
For any game, porn included. I feel it's important to make different playstyles viable. In this case: The "reward" of the game is the porn. And if you don't get any porn by playing well and doing a route... that doesn't feel all that well designed. Like: Based off the tags here, you can get a good idea how you're "supposed" to play the game. But on the other sites its on... that's not really advertised. I mean heck: Looking at those pages: You'd think the main focus of the games are lesbians. Which couldn't be further from the truth. So I'd say it's quite misleading advertisement. As like said: It's just "there". It's nowhere near as polished as the straight content. They might beef up the yuri content in the future. I can't say. But as of this post: It is extremely underwhelming compared to the straight stuff.
BUG NOTES: On that regard: Not sure what causes it. But I did also check the gallery for the remaining scenes. And for some reason, if you fiddle around some with the townhall scenes. It seems to break them during the actual scenes. Such as: Invisible dicks. Couldn't find it that was already reported or not.

Yeah. Kinda my point: If you check the storefront, it HEAVILY advertises girl on girl.
So, I assume many people go in expecting that to be a prominent feature.
Instead it's... "there". Just really downplayed and haphazard most the time.
The way it's tagged and portrayed, it makes it sound like you could "stick to your guns" and only fuck girls.
But, you can't. Most areas of the game are locked behind dicks. And you can't even femdom, without subbing to males.
If you go back and check the original tags, it seemed like you were initially gonna be allowed to play as lesbian and/or femdom. But this has either been scrapped or put on hold. It's hard to say atm. As you *do* get occasional budget scenes with these touches to them.
I mean... that would require some heavy time skips, or SCIENCE! to be viable.
And it's possible considering the current progression that Karen will return as a dude instead.
