Some versions (0.54-56 and 0.57 it seems ) - quality of life. Story will be in future releases.
Steam is one patch behind the Patreon content, and the Patreon content is what is uploaded here. So you won't be getting anything extra, other than knowledge you're supporting the creator directly. Which I recommend.
One of the reasons this game hasn't been updated in a while though is because Anduo has taken the last three months to clean up some bug fixes, make UI changes, overhaul combat, etc. Any new content they've been working on will be released over the next three months as they wrap up the resistance story line.
The only content they've really hinted at so far is a lot of tattoo and piercing renders for Jenna, a new outfit for Jenna and Rida, and very small animation of some sort of device that is causing an increase in perversion to Jenna, Jewel, and Floria, and some of the aesthetic of the tower.

The game academy 34 is giving off serious Third Crisis vibes looking at the screens. Kinda like they used the same fonts? Idk, gotta play the other game and see.
Academy 34 much more directly, at least visually, rips off Overwatch though. Just looking at Jenna I wouldn't immediately say "this is an Overwatch character" it isn't until you start to play the game that it's apparent she is a Tracer ripoff. Just looking at the screenshots of A34 it's pretty easy to notice there is a D. Va, Mei, Sombra etc.
I just thought it was funny because the font directly ties them together and that was what was called out by the other poster. The Third Crisis folks have shown their starting point before (

There are a couple of repeatable quests that give money on the job board to on the right side of the bar. Generally speaking though most outfits you get as part of going down perversion routes around town, and aren't really supposed to be purchased as the money grind in game is tedious. The pornstar route in particular gets you most of the outfits.

Beats me, never played overarching and check in with third crisis every year or so. Fun game, wish it would finish tho.

Ive tried a few times but there just too many enemies to get though before they overwhelm me.
