There isn't one in the mansion. But outside the mansion, they'll eventually set up a tent with a pole in it.

Maybe as far as actually finishing the game. But the game still has various bugs and some aspects of gameplay are actually broken so you have to use the cheat to skip some things.

There is no need of Cheat Engine. The saved games are in JSON format. You can open them in a text editor. You can try Visual Studio Code. It even has JSON editor extension.

That's one of the problems of this game: It has no traditional ending; its main quest kinda ends abruptly. Instead of the the main quest, you can do side quests and get non-canonical endings like becoming a street whore, a Peitho's slut, a porn actress, etc. But the main quest has three outcomes:
