Just downloaded and it works fine. The original rar is split in 2 rars, be sure both are in the same location and extract, once finished u have the original rar (1file), extract again and done.

Don't know what happened, but it seems you archived the game twice. After extracting the part 1 file, I found another 5.8 GB archive inside the folder.

Considering that an AAA game is around 30-40 giga at minimum nowdays, it's not a lot at all.

I tried to download them from UP2SHARE and there are errors in the packages. It would also be a good idea to share them as a single file. Does any of these have a working torrent? That 15h of what comes from that FILESUPLOAD is not exciting.

I created a folder called TFMG and placed both parts into it. Now what do I do? Do I extract both of them?

The issue I have been running into after I extracted the first part. It creates a folder and inside that folder is a zip fill. But when I try to extract it it then tell me that there is nothing in it??

Okay when I click on the first folder it opens up to a zip file

When I open up the 2nd folder it opens up to a zip file

Now when I tried to unzip the first zip folder I get this

I never really had any issues with any other game on this site so I am not sure what I need to do?

looks like u only extract one of the files at the time, normally when u extract it combines both files automatically (part1&2), the result is one folder with 1 file. for some reason it doesnt in your case.
i would recommend using winrar and extract again

From this print, just extract the .part1 (.part2 will automatically extract, no need to touch it), a new folder will be created that has a new zip file inside, extract this new zip file and so the real game folder will appear from that extraction, then you will be ready to play. From the icon in the print I didn't recognize which file extractor you are using, if you follow what I said and you were unable to extract the game, try extract using 7-Zip.
