How do you skip the text scenes like the witch? Or ending animations

Use breath of fire

What is breath of fire? Is it just a random ability you can get from going thru one of the locked doors? Cause I have seen some thunder and ice abilitys but i have never seen a fire one and I was wondering how to break those walls as well.
