Where’s the right arm of the MC in the game over HCG?

As stupid as it may sound, the answer is: they didn't draw it. I guess the logic was "Don't draw it if it's not visible in the scene due to the pose/camera angle".
Same reason why miner (big guy in second area with mating press) h-scene doesn't have upper body (head/arms/boobs) for MC.

Ah, forgot about the farmer. The Merchant has only two H-scenes, right?
Also, a mimic? I somehow haven't encountered it. Is it a rare enemy?

The mimic is a rare big chest. The H scene looks like it's breaking her spine (Or she's extremely flexible), but it's one of the more unique scenes.

jeez, the controls are so bad I wasn't even able to enable fullscreen. playing a little more, and all my suspicions turned out true. I think no one with the littlest bit of sense bothered to play enough of the game to be able to write a review about it, which explains the unreasonably high score

The controls are a bit floaty last I checked, and the combat has it's issues. I'll forgive it for the decent character design and some of the better animations I've seen.

Just encountered the mimic. Didn't realise it shows up in enemy rooms. Thought they were restricted to chest rooms.
Has a very good H-animation. All-the-way-through!

Try deleting the ScarletPaper folder in C:/Users/(username on your PC)/AppData/LocalLow

Well the relic that gives speed when your clothes are thorn is still bugged. Poop.
Also the cheats from the previous version still seems to work, though I have no idea what F6 does.

F6 is cheat the pregnancy rate.
initially status is "off"
if you press F6 1 time, pregnancy rate is fix to 100%.
F6 press again, pregnancy rate is fix to 0%.
F6 press again, cheat is off.
off -> 100 -> 0 -> off -> ...
