No, only tentacle knights, armored goblins, pillar-dildo-man (has no H scene), sometimes werewolf, sometimes ground hole tentacles. No insectoid enemies.

Like, it's annoying trying to proc it considering how the last area's zones are often broken up by scenery/that most other enemies move faster then him so tend to engage the scenes instead of him/how he has just average amount of health so it's easy to kill him on accident when you're cleaning up other enemies
Indeed, it ´s not so easy to trigger, best is to have him in a small place alone between 2 pillars to trigger the scene.
That being said, there is also a mimic and an iron maiden scene (in fact two scenes, one is with another girl in it), for ppl don ´t know it yet, but these encounters seem to be a bit rare and random.

I tried to trigger it exactly by this - being knocked down in area where it's just him and no one else. All he did is just continue attack without moving towards body. Maybe i need to lay down just in front of him i dunno.
Yeah it ´s a bit tricky, the problem is he pushes you away when hitting you and when you lay too far away out of sight he will not walk over, so you need to find a narrow place where he pushs you against a wall and you stay in sight or close enough to him.

Totally get your point, and generally speaking I do not find anything wrong with men being submissive.
