Looks like I was playing on 0.7.0 when I beat the game yesterday. Today I beat it on 0.7.1. Anybody know the difference? Also whenever you beat a boss there's a chance a second exit spawns in addition to the usual one. It could be portal to a field or tentacle hole. I'd suggest taking it because once you leave the area, it will despawn. The item you can pick up are pretty powerful compared to the usual + you can reroll with the souls you've collected.

I fixed my problem by using a third party program called ATNSOFT Key manager. Took a little to figure it out but it works and you can make it only work for the program you select and that's all I care about. Alternately you could use power tools but that doesn't provide the specificity that you will probably want but applies everywhere until turned off.

Ahh this seriously needs a rebind keys option.
The defaults make no sense whatsoever.

yeah it uses the same mechanic as random portal scroll

you probably have to endure another day. the dear developer of this game makes posts on the last day of the month, and if the post came out earlier, then expect trouble. since nothing like that has happened now, then at least everything is NOT going badly
