If they did, then they should add some more paintings in the next update, maybe a "totally not persona" girl, since the dog painting gets kinda boring when it is the only possible one.

Because this is roguelike game. When a player character dies, they lose all progress and must start the game over from the beginning.

Breastmilk gets created for awhile after giving birth, corruption level increases when you get sex related relics+ some other ones and when you have sex i think
Get impregnated and give birth to guardian and after that find room with chair. But be careful some enemies like bug and snail not work because they're parasite. Even if she is already pregnant with other like goblin, parasite will make the baby becomes worm or snail. There is potion to increase fertility, use it if you want to increase chance to pregnant especially with unique enemies like boar boss, you can repeat sex scene if not pregnant but you will take sex damage each time you replay, so the potion is really help
To increase corruption:
1. Have sex a lot with monster, there is relic that will give estrus state, take that pink bottle relic, the relic will make any attack to you become instant down. And I think there is relic that increase or recover your HP after sex
2. Accept the offer from merchant
3. Collect evil relic. When you acquire the relic you can easily see something like +1 or +5 in red area.
4. After defeat the boss sometimes Flesh Portal will appear, use the portal instead the normal portal. But if you're still virgin after defeat the boss, sometimes Holy Portal will appear instead and this one of course increase good karma so avoid it
Get raped by monster, most monster will work. After pregnant you just have explore new room, already cleared room not work. After clearing few rooms you will give birth
Some special monster like Mimic Chest and Iron Maiden also work (they're the best if you want to collect relic because after battle there is a little chance they will drop treasure including relic), the flower in the jungle area also work
IIRC there is guy who rating which monster is best to get pregnant with, the post is just a few or dozen page back, search that post
