does the crotch tattoo even do anything? does good and evil stat does anything other than good boost alchemy spawn and evil boost shop spawn?

The crotch tattoo does nothing, there's no effect. The ??? was actually the devs telling us that they don't know what the effect would be yet.
Here is a collection of save files (Split between Good and Evil routes) and also divided between stages. Just move the desired Stage Save over your own to start at the 3rd Level of that stage. (For example, 2-3, 3-3, and so on.) Didn't add the first stage... since you know, you can start a new run for that.
Edit: Also, starting Stage 4 or 3 on the Evil route and going to the Merchant should also show the last Merchant Scene.

Is there a full list of all items (both basic and unlockables) and their effects somewhere? Haven't seen some things like this crotch tattoo at all, even with cheats on and bying out every single item from shops.
Also is there a condition to open boss room portals? I managed to get fleshy one three times in a row, but I've seen the "pure" one, like, twice. Is this related to those two stats? Do those two stats actually do anything at all?

The unlockable item I know is (I haven't tried corrupt path so it may be incomplete)
Pig skin or something you got from defeat pig boss (increase max HP & reduce damage from backstab)
Armor masochist something that you got after take 50 damage (increase max HP)
Virgin soul something, must first finish the game still virgin (give one barrier each time entering area/room) and can only be found in special portal
For the list of other item, if you found it tell me, I want it too
Tips for the boss room portal, after you defeat the boss and the special portal not appear, just go back to the title and continue/restart the battle or just ALT+F4 and continue. If the item is not the one you desire or you lack the soul to reset the item just restart the battle again, you will fight the boss again if you don't go to the next level

From my testing the Fleshy ones are 100% spawns if you have Evil high enough and the pure portal your Good has to be above a specefic level too.

I think you can play it on mobile just use joiplay and customize the controls although i haven't tried to play this game on mobile.
JoiPlay can't run it, this game is in Unity, while JoiPlay can only run most RPG Maker/Ren'Py games
