Select process to open and select ThornSin.exe
Activate Base script in collum Activate
Change Value or Block Value
In status most values 0 - Off / 1 - On and over float 0.01~ to 100.01~ - Semen in Vagina / Semen in Anal / Slow / Poison / Confusion and etc.

There's definitely something fucky going on with your PC. I never had this issue.
I did fuck around and found that settings reset if you delete the global save file, maybe your PC does exactly that each time you close the game.

Thanks for your observations dude, but damn...this information only raised more questions XD Like, why the hell is this happening, and how can it be prevented?

For everyone complaining about having to replay the game every time, it auto saves every time you enter a new room, you can then go to the menu > return to title > copy the save file from C:\Users\"YOURUSERNAME"\AppData\LocalLow\ScarletPaper\ThornSin (gamedata00.save) and put that in a seperate folder, I have a save for every single floor and every boss.

Here is a collection of save files (Split between Good and Evil routes) and also divided between stages. Just move the desired Stage Save over your own to start at the 3rd Level of that stage. (For example, 2-3, 3-3, and so on.) Didn't add the first stage... since you know, you can start a new run for that.
Edit: Also, starting Stage 4 or 3 on the Evil route and going to the Merchant should also show the last Merchant Scene.
