alright here's the tier list for each and every baby you can obtain in the game

SS-tier= little devil's horn item
S-tier= plant boss, farmer and miner
A-tier= big wolf, 3 headed flesh boss , tentacle pillar, dog
B-tier= pig boss, undying soldier, and sns goblin
C-tier= red goblin, tentacle pit and green goblin, penis head
F-tier= mimic chest, iron maiden
parasite(kill your child in womb)= maggot, fly, spider, slug and snail

that's every baby for now until next update

It doesn't. Currently there is only an autosave mechanic. The only way to save at a desired point is to stop there, go to your save folder, copy the gamedata00.save file to somewhere else, then paste it back in whenever you want to return to that point in the game.

I really hate the spider in this game, it's one of the most annoying mob in the game and you know what let's just give spider this smoke that gives the player lust and POISON and you know what how about we just not make the spider spawn until the player walk up to this smoke to spawn the spider, I wish dev change that poison with slow effect instead

Don't understand the tarot card. I keep only getting the II with the dog. How do I open the menu where I upgrade it to unlock different scenes, if you even can.
