Well, I can actually argue about performance in this case. Game runs on Unity with Spine responsible for all animations. That's not a problem by itself, but usually devs use "too much Triangles, Vertices and Vertex Transforms to make stuff move" without thinking much about performance hit.
I do know Thornsin use TONS of these plus they also use physics module for every single bone. That's a lot of work for CPU. So yeah, performance actually got worse after a point they implemented physics module.

Texture handling in this game is truly bizarre and makes me angry every time I want to edit anything in Spine. Though it mostly affect memory usage and makes modding hard.

So low-end CPUs are suffering from the way graphics was made. I've seen exact same thing in Monster Black Market.

the breastplate and the cross ? all I know the breastplate will appear in statue and shop after unlock, for the cross I never see it appear like ever not even after I refresh the holy portal's item

My mistake, it's been a while since I last playing and now I remember only the cross would be unlocked on virgin route, I misremembering the Exploding Clothes (don't remember the real name, only know it explodes) as the other unlocked item. But yeah, the cross exist.
I don't know how you cannot get it if you already unlocked it, but if the first item in holy portal is not the desired target, I just return to the title and it will restart the boss fight (useful if you don't have enough soul). If the holy portal not appear, just restart the boss fight (return to title), repeat this until the holy portal appear

Are you guys not aware that 7.5 was the last update for a while? We won't see anything until the game is ready to ship. I believe it was posted a few dozen pages ago that 0.7.5 is the last monthly update till like next year. Correct me if im wrong.

Step 1. Make sure game is latest version
Step 2. Go into starting temple after prologue
Step 3. Enter the weapon select room between the fountain room and the dressing room
Step 4. go in front of where the sword is/ supposed to be
Step 5. Interact with E
Step 6. Profit

the bondage straps item? afaik it was fixed then broken again, avoid it to be on the safe side

Well, if it weren't for me seeing the latest progress report on Scarletpaper in DL, I wouldn't have known that the game hasn't been updated for 3 months.
I think we wiil see the update on this game next month.

Since people rarely read previous posts I'll just repeat that game won't be updated till release which is expected in February-March 2026 (if nothing goes wrong, of course).
