This game was really quite good. Being able to have a serious romance with an elf was right up my alley. Most of the time elves are just fetish bait so it was a nice change of pace. I appreciated the serious tone of the narrative, and keeping it reined in with only 3 love interests.

Yep pathing visualisation is good feature because even tho i use walktrough for Kasula path, i'm still not sure i'm on right path. :LOL:
According to the Walkthrough PDF on the OP, and written by the Dev, there are two Kasula paths (named Pregnancy and Explorer). So if you trust the dev writing that document, then you should be ok.

Kasula's pregnancy path was pretty straightforward because it requires you to shut down the other 2 love interests pretty early on. What made me nervous was being on princess betrothal path and glade yandere path at the same time, I'm worried she's going to start killing people lol.

Apologies this Captain's Log is a day late. I forgot to mention in my last Captain's Log, but I've gone on a holiday to see some family and I'm still on that holiday. Progress is still being made however (as I work on a laptop).

The only downside is while I've been able to pose renders, I haven't been able to render those renders as my laptop is extremely loud when rendering and I don't have anywhere to put it. Hence, my render queue is growing quite a bit and I don't have many render previews to preview.

Damn ... a laptop ? Or was that just a exception due to being away?

I really hope your next update becomes a huge success, attract more new people and will be reflected in more support.

So uh.. Tak.. are you trying to break a record in total number of renders added in a single update? With the current numbers and estimates we're looking at an update size of ~7900 renders (assuming all three paths have the same number of renders and that the percentages are reliable approximations).

We'll see. This update could very well end up as ~6500 renders or ~9000 renders... we'll just have to wait and see. But there is a chance this update could be the biggest AVN update of all time in terms of render count...

This was a record breaking week for all the wrong reasons. Probably the lowest render count I've had in a week since I started development on Tides (maybe perhaps for a release week).

But hey, I have reasons for it. Not only did I have an non-Tides related deadline today (in 4 hours time to be exact), but I also spent quite a bit of time play-testing this week. The non-Tides related deadline took up my entire weekend, as well as a good chunk of the rest of the week. Play-testing also doesn't bode to well for numbers. Typically an hour of play-testing means 1 or 2 new renders, many minor dialogue tweaks and a few render fixes here and there.

So all in all, bad week in terms of Tides productivity. Despite this, my render queue still hasn't exhausted itself despite running non-stop since Friday.

No render previews this week. Will have a better week next week.
