piracy forum that you can't play one small piece of content because you have to wait for 0.3 instead of getting it now.

Seeing as how common a practice it is to have content with timed exclusivity for patrons, you're talking out your backside there.
I didn't download it because of said paywall in the patch notes and initial release was poor. You can use the semantics all you want, but as of right now, it is literally a paywall.
1 - Semantics exist for a reason, go and learn it instead of pussying out and using it as a hand-waiving dismissal when you're wrong.
2 - You didn't play at all, read limited information in the changelog and reacted without being in full posession of the facts, thereby proving my assessment of you correct.
