There have been some threads regarding this before, but they're pretty old so I wanted to know if there are any time-stop gamea? Anything that's not RPGM would be nice,

My game anomaly vault has an item called the Time Stopwatch. It's also the only real porn game with time stop that I know of.

Real porn usually means, ehm, "borrowed" photos. I would choose computer graphics at any time unless the photos are licensed. Especially with a game that's on Patreon. (No idea if you licensed the photos but then you'd have to make quite a bit of cash on the game)
