Cuckoldry doesn't necessarily involve NTR in the "traditional sense" either. There is a reason people call NTR enthusists "cucks" because it involves enjoying content where the protagonist's love interest(s) are fucked by other men/futas willing (netorase) or unwilling (netorare). People who don't like cuckoldry or cuck POV NTR aren't going to like either situation, cheatng or not. Such people tend to like immersing in the game through the MC's POV, so most won't enjoy LIs being knocked up by others. Wish fulfillment/escapism and all that.

Ideally I'd love a game with a futa character that isn't a competing penis with the protag. It's rare and seldom done, as futa in a harem game is instead typically just used as a cheap substitute/cop-out for NTR/NTS. Personally I'd love to see you give writing them as a character who can fall in love with the MC as they are without that trope of effectively them just being as if they were a bi dude that most fall back on for a futa.
The MC impregnating Amber (meaning she has both, literally what a futa is) and the romancing of her, her insecurities/backstory/etc would make for more compelling plot than just another dick in the "harem" to bang the other LIs (shallow). Wholesome content featuring a futa is rare and something you can be a bit different than the usual, and make your game and their character more interesting, as otherwise in the "threesome" or other such content people will gloss over it or flat out pass on the game. But, that is just my opinion. Regardless I look forward to seeing you continue this game.
