Seems like a nope. It kinda sorta got released since it's been finished for a few months by now.
It's just that no one updated the thread. I actually made a request for an update a few days ago.

I was used to having all news posted on Tumblr but after the great purge I need to rely on my website more and I haven't exactly been good at doing so. I'll try to be more active on other sites and social media to help spread the word.
whoa! after seeing those bases for Terra, it truly is a shame she didn't get added and that the artists got changed. one of the best Terra pics i've seen to date. is that pic the only pic of her in the art pack or is that pic not added in the art pack of the deluxe version?

I was complaining few month ago for getting a trial version without anything instead you had to pay 10$ to get a look at the game and now they slaped you in the face with "unfinished shit" and ask half the price for it ..........
