You had two options:

1 = Talk to Neville at school and take pictures of your mother and sister to get the passwords.

2 = Go to the Library and buy the code book. The passwords are written in bold.

Please try again: download the fix file I pinned, and then go to the “Give a gift” section when Veronica is in her room — there should be an option to give her the laptop, in addition to the chocolate and flowers

You need to launch the game using the fix HTML file specifically, and then load your save on that version

Hello

Have you tried opening your inventory to see if you have a laptop? If so, you can click on it to hack it and then give it to Veronica.

If that still doesn't work, check that the quests with Adriana to hack her computer have been completed.
