The unfortunate thing about this game (I've already finished it and can't be stuffed playing it anymore) is that you have to just play it in Japanese while dungeon crawling, cause it keeps freezing up during monster battles.

You can switch the language in the game before a battle starts, and you should be fine.

I can "finish" the game in English with the patching I did and posted. But I had quite a few problems, like Olivia's sex stats didn't update after her events; ending list after last boss doesn't have harem, Olivia or best end; game crash at 1st battle in NG+ (but can be played in JP with same save).
So from what I've seen, I think the dev only tested throughly for the JP part. The other languages only got tested for the trial, or didn't get tested enough after adding the DLC parts. That's why the game still can be played through the lower 3 floors in other languages, but all later monsters had wrong image file links in the translated data files, causing the crash, and Olivia's wrongly using Rii's battle image. Likely the translated scripts for story/dialogue don't set the right flags for the added contents from the DLC too.
In the end, this game (or at least this version) can only be fully played in JP. Even if you use my patch, you'll likely have problems down the line. I think you can play in JP to unlock the events (or just use a full save), and read the memories in English if you want to.

ui IS so bad felt like a chore playing it but i do like the story (epilogue ) and the characters, i stopped playing it after the whole dungeon crawler game mode as i kept hitting the wrong keybind multiple times and kept getting destroyed by that auto button .

I'd recommend reading the tag definitions here on this forum:


So there's no "netorare" tag because there are no scenes that are designed to cause jealousy toward the MC.
The "cheating" tag is equivalent to netori, which is what apparently happens in this story (MC steals the girls away from their husbands).
The "swinging" tag is applied whenever the MC willingly lets other people sleep with his partners, even if it's not actual swinging, and in this case the MC apparently whores them out. Sadly there's no "sharing" tag yet that could separate this.

That's hair splitting to the point of uselessness. It's literally an NTR game without the NTR tag. I've been seeing a lot of this lately. NTR games with no NTR tag, non-NTR games with the NTR tag despite no NTR content that I could reasonably identify. I'd recommend a move towards good faith theme tags, to better assist people in tag searches and tag exclusions in searches. The tag system needs improvements, and I brought it up directly because I'm annoyed that an NTR game does not have an NTR tag. Telling me to 'read the guidelines' does nothing to address the issue.

I do not bring up tag issues like this in games very often. The last time I recall doing that was a while ago when I came across one that was a very obvious shota game if you clicked the screenshots, and no shota tag. So I left a comment there about the missing tag, and I had someone argue with me about me wanting a shota game to get a shota tag.
