One was the initial working title for the game while it was being developed and the other is the name pink tea later settled on.

It's the same game, the name just changed. Or rather one was the name up to an early version and then after it was the other.

Uh, no. Slave of Passion is the subscribestar version, Together Again is the Patreon version. Games are basically identical, but a few minor removals for the patreon version. They were released at the same time, each update, as basically Slave of Passon is the true version of the game. BTW this has been answered over and over again in the thread, a quick search would have found the answer easily.
