Recommending TonyMurray's Favourite Games and Favourite Girls

Mel is a shame for me. I don't like her hair, something about it just doesn't sit right (no pun intended there), and I also really dislike the tattoos. So she's hot, but she doesn't get above that for me. I have to say that she appears to be improving though - in some of the Ep11 scenes (and the previews we got) she looked really good, but not good enough overall to move up a tier.

For now, at least. Leanne and "Cinderella" could get up there, and maybe some others too! (Providing we see enough of them, that is.) I do find the girls in the game a bit of a shame, because it seems like all of them just have something about them I don't like, so even the ones that could be top tier miss out. Zoey's tattoos (and piercings, and blue hair) and Quinn's hair being two that make a massive difference to their individual standings (okay, I put Zoey up there, but it was before her ink and metal!).

Sarah is easily ahead of Mel for me. It's not even a competition, she just turns up and takes the gold out of those two.

I have tried Eternum and Pale Carnations, but haven't reviewed them as I didn't get far enough into them. I didn't get on with either, largely (but not only) because the graphics aren't a style I can generally get into. I haven't played Ripples, but I've looked at it a few times as it gets recomended a lot - it's another one where I don't think the graphics work for me, although from the previews I think they might possibly be better suited than the other two games.

I just want to thank you for making this amazing thread. Just played Summers Gone for the second time and need something else to hold me up until Inzoi releases later this week. I'm trying my absolute best not to play Where It All Began or Summers Gone again and I'm not the type of person who likes to download the games of F95Zone because I like to be patient and wait until they release on Steam to play them and buy the complete experience but my impatience has gotten the best of me.

The next game I will be touching up on will probably be Intertwined, and I'll probably go with your advice and do a full and completely blind playthrough, especially given how popular this AVN is. I'm at the end of Chasing Sunsets and finishing up Westview Academy and I'll be getting started on that. It's very hard to find story-focused AVNs to me because I'll play them all night and blaze through them in a week or two. Lol

I don't really have much to say about that game except that it's pretty okay-ish and could improve in season 2. And yeah, definitely give it another try when you have time, the game is about 20-25 hours long with all the content and it's definitely one of the slower games that pick up with time invested.

Definitely another one of my favorites. If you're a fan of something short and story focused this game is pretty good. Only two love interests and a completely separate story for both that'll make you really love the characters, both paths being about 4 hours long for now with developer already working on what's next for the game. I think you'll probably like it for a quick play. Beautiful game with a nice story so far.

I don't know why, but I didn't like Strangers on Paper. It might have been a case of wrong game at the wrong time for me when I tried it.

Westview has very good visuals, nice writing with unique humour (one of the few games I can recommend for humour alone), and one of the best girl casts. And my favourite portrayal of a virgin in any AVN in Leslie. When it's criticized, it's usually for the absence of a main plot, and it does really have that problem, especially on the Music path. However, to me its advantages far outweigh its flaws.

Understandable, it's definitely just me then. I did play the basketball route first and honestly had a boring experience in the beginning of that plot. Although I've started the music path and find that to be a lot more enjoyable and hilarious aswell so I do see where you're coming from.

And from the reviews I've read, Strangers on Paper isn't really good too according to most people. I haven't played many AVNs so I suppose for now I just keep an open mind when it comes to them.

SoP doesn't do much (and that's why I'm not a fan), but what it does do is admittedly pretty good.

Depends what you mean. If you mean typical Japanese games, for instance, the artstyle isn't something that I like, so I don't play those. If they are Daz, or similar, then maybe (if the game takes my interest).

It's the artstyle/graphics for me. I like a bit of variation in the LIs in games I play, but yes, those games mostly tend to have Caucasian characters.
