Adult games are a fantasy, so you're going to see more... accentuated body parts. This is especially true because most games use art in which the limits are basically endless. When people search for adult games to play they're usually looking for something that is only possible in a fantastical scenario. Whether it's bodies with impossible proportions or stories that could never happen or worlds that don't exist. That's why we see so many games with crazy body proportions, you can't find that in real life and main stream porn is generally all real people.

For me personally, I can enjoy big tits and small tits, but the extremes on both sides don't really do it for me. As for dicks, the fantasy argument still applies. But normal sized dicks are actually quite difficult to make look good from a lot of angles. This is actually one of the main reasons that in real porn, bigger dicks on male actors are preferred, because it's easier to make it look good on camera.

I dropped some games ( like https://f95zone.to/threads/65937/ ) because the girl breast resemble pillows and not actual breast.

Several well-known games have MCs & important characters with over-sized, disproportionate/top-heavy breasts or cocks that look as though they were transplanted from a horse. I play games for escapism & yes they are fantasies BUT when the bodies don't look reasonably realistic on people not meant to be aliens, it requires a second or double take suspension of disbelief. This, for me, spoils the game or VN. I have nothing against big breasts, it is more that I don't care for characters who are in constant danger of falling over.

My belief is that many games are designed by men under 30, for other men under 18. Beach ball breast syndrome (BBS) is particularly prevalent when it comes to the portrayal of MILFs. It's obvious that there's a longing to return to the warmth & comfort of a mother's breast. It's either that or there's a whole generation who need to see massive mammaries in order to appreciate that the intention is to show a "mom". Sometimes it's clear that the only naked women some people have seen in RL were in porn movies & in some cases still think that if you squeeze a breast, you'll get milk. I no longer play these games.

Unfortunately, IMO, BBS is found throughout the gaming world. It's not going to go away & if anything is getting worse.
