Quick fix: Go to that folder, find the file belinda02.jpg, make a copy of it, and rename it copy to belinda0202.jpg.Then you'll be able to continue.
Correct solution: replay the game from scratch without old saves.

The second part, with switching images, is a bug: since some images for some main characters haven't yet been created (the ability to select/switch between two images, and likely more in the future, only appeared in the latest September update v2.1), and there are no images at all for minor characters, these exceptions occur.
To continue the game in this case, click the "Continue" button in the "white" pop-up window, and when the "empty" black window appears on the screen, click the "Close" button at the bottom.
Here the author hasn't implemented a check for "zero" index content or for index out-of-bounds.

I really like this game so far and have given some support to the developer, but I wish it would delve deeper into the breed aspects of it. What we have now is great, but I would like to actually be there with the girl to witness the birth happen. Although idk if that would be possible with this game. If we can't have that, what I would also like to see is a way for the girls to give birth at the mansion, so you don't have to dismiss them and find them again just so you can tell them to give birth. Also, it would be amazing to have more events around getting them pregnant and giving birth. Like longer scripts for when you decide to get them pregnant or cum inside them, and it would be nice to get longer events for when they're in the maternity ward.
