LOL, that's not suppose to happen. I guess you used old save from previous versions? It may sometimes happen that characters mix up when old save is loaded.

That's why I recommend to start from the beginning (though I understand people don't want to do that usually). Basically, if new characters are added to the game, they are not present in old save files. The game is trying to match characters in the game with characters in save file, which is not a trivial task for several reasons and it may sometimes mismatch them.

Make sure you have it in your inventory(I don't remember if you buy it from the sex shop or the mall clothing store), and make sure you do not have it equipped yourself. IF that doesn't work I'm out of ideas.

IIRC you get the sex report from the computer right behind her, where you can write reports for money. Then you can read the sex report at your bed. It takes a few readings to finish it.

Sounds about right... so what help do you need?
The night club sequence sucks, it takes too long to move through each stage, then you have what appears to be a 1 in 3 chance (RNG) of picking the right option... even when you get it right and then talk to the same girl for a second round there is no guarantee that the same option will work again... and to top it of you have such a limited time for do overs.
