I don't know how difficult it would be. But if someone is willing to dedicate themselves to maintaining and adding mods to it, then the playability of this game should be very high. As far as I know, there is such a community for Super Deepthroat.（

It is also an old flash game, but players continue to develop new mods for it, making this game still full of vitality today. Super Deepthroat is a very good little game and yes, it have a lot of mods with active community. I guess the difference is only between the required efforts. Compared to Touch the Girl it is more like changing the skin on a model, while Touch the Girl offers more interactions between the parts of the model and the dress. It would require a lot more work to mod anything model related. Adding new voice lines wouldn't be that hard though. There isn't many followers of this game, there is even less who's experienced with programing despite the game being around for a while. I wish this change at some point.
I can also change the sound by myself. I can use FFDec to make some simple modifications to replace sources, so these simple modifications are not too difficult for me. The difficulty lies in developing more content, which requires more knowledge about flash game development, which I personally cannot achieve. Some mods for Super Deepthroat also amazed me. In addition to simple model replacements, contributors in the community can even write scripts, add components, and run scripted storylines. This is what makes me feel very amazing.
To be honest, I admire those community contributors who actively contribute without asking for compensation. I also try to do more, but I am constrained by my real-life work and family, which leaves me with less time to complete these things.

That is understandable. Super Deepthroat got some quality content from fan sources, more than what can be expected from the game itself. While I no longer play it, I still tend to check the new modes albeit rarely. In the other hand I guess I always had Kasumi Rebirth on my PC, and later Touch the Girl. I never really thought about having mods at one point, but hopefuly at one point the developer himself add an option for double penetration (player + toy preferably) with one or two unique voicelines for it.
There isn't other hentai games I played as much as this one lol. It got that stupidly interesting feeling like those one-shot hentai mangas with the cliché story of "let me free I don't want it... please be gentle", and I just love it. It is just so light heartedly simply in this complex adult world.

Game has "internal view" tag, but I don't see any way to actually enable that. Is that an old tag from a different version of the game?
