I think Olera is currently punishing Veil. And my analogy with a child is only that an analogy. I agree that whatever we say we won't know until the next update at the very earliest. I agree that they don't have a relationship together. They will though, I am pretty sure that that they will get to know each other. It is somehow Olera's goal for Elyn to impregnate Veil. For that to happen something must happen. Not necessarily a love relationship, but there must be something and I doubt that Veil will come out unscratched on top.
