Tower of Trample has become a dumpster fire and rightfully so.
The damage has been done
Koda's "damage control" Warrior Guild has been ripped to shreds proving that at this point a massive update minecraft style will not do anything but attract more questions behind the game's overall development than what's been asked where even one wrong move within the update will knock it over like a game of Jenga. If this update comes out and it turns out lackluster, people willwant demand an explanation as to where all the months of work and broken promises went to (besides Warrior Guild).
(more to koda who I highly doubt to the nth degree is reading this or even looking at this forum) An excuse like "I wanted the update to be the best it can be" or bullshit like "the update will speak for itself" will not help you especially if this update proves to be bare on content. All you are going to do is piss off more people than are already pissed off now especially since more and more people have been exposed to your style of doing things.
My suggestion is to bundle the 7th floor with the cobra expansion. However, if this as well proves to detract away from the natural development of the game then either drop the expansions for now (or work on the expansions on the very very offside) and when the game gets finished, you can add in the expansions all at once/Take more time to fully work on the expansions if they are still not ready by then, or rotate between a floor and an expansion every update.
More transparency overall needs to be more plausible in the future if you want to grow and maintain a decently sized fan-base. Here you are taking the money of people who even to this day probably do not know that their money is being wasted towards pointless side projects and a slue of delays. The lack of overall transparency as well as missed deadlines/broken promises is the very core of the issues here if this was any big company you would have been fired after Eliza or Cobra were finished. Ladies and Gentleman welcome to the John K. of porn games minus the holier than thou opinions and the pedophilia allegations.
