So what is this msize game about? I won't even comment on koda having 3 vacations and calling one a surgery
I ran the latest update progress through a Koda Translator and this is what I got.

my goal is to finish WG this upcoming week, then I'm going on a trip with limited(?) net/comp access, so I'll be able to estimate Cobra better once I'm there and see if I can reasonably expect to get any work done.
I'd like to release Cobra around the end of Aug and then Lily early-mid Sept, because I have surgery mid-sept and will probably be traveling late-Sept.

Question: Couldn't they just be sued for not delivering on the benefits promised to patrons? At the very least that's false advertising.
The msize game having no player input is really weird and kinda weak. Most scenes were pretty solid though; the casual group-facesitting in particular was very Namio Harukawa-y. I gotta soft spot for Msize because he got my fool-ass hooked on femdom with those old-as-dirt panels he drew back in 2005 or whenever. That was back when hentai in general was hard to find, let alone the smothering/scent-play/ball-stomping variety.
...Not gonna lie, I'm pretty broken up about ToT, you guys. Y'know what the worst part is? Our suffering through all this lying and incompetence speaks volumes of the bigger problem at hand; if femdom games weren't so damn rare, we wouldn't be here right now. We'd have moved onto something else. But all we got is Estate Dominate (aka "Empress-Starless as directed by Vanilla McNormie"), where you play as this bumbling Robert Pattinson-looking asshole where femdom equals "getting called mean names because you can't do your job". Under the Witch kicks ass, and I actually enjoyed Kuro Dominant Submission Quest (ignoring the weird parts), but there just isn't enough out there to keep me away from this, the Star Citizen of eroge.

I'm no lawyer but I highly doubt it. Even if patreon would be considered a binding contract their only payment tier just promises access to the game, which is fulfilled. Their description used to say "updated every 30-45 days" but even then it probably doesn't matter. Maybe you can sue for damages if "update every 30 days" makes you die from laughter.

I also keep updating this as i find other femdom games i enjoy.I was really surprised to see the no input thing. Apart from a really short game which was like a day apart from his previous games where the hero got transformed into a chair, I don't think I've ever seen Msize make a kinetic novel before. I still like the scenes I've seen so far, but it feels like something's missing when you have no say about which woman you end up devoting yourself to.
Just because he has a surgery that's serious enough for him to not be able to code, but not serious enough to prevent him from traveling 10 days later people are so quick to call Koda a liar, where's the faith? I just hope that Bo won't be "early" with finishing 7f so we can have Koda finish Lily in early September. Lily is my favorite girl so far and I'd hate if I had to wait an extra month or more. Thankfully we have the Koda guarantee about Lily coming out early September. What are the chances that Lily will be delayed if not for Bo handing him 7f before schedule?

3 months. NOTHING CHANGES))) Buddy, I waited for this moment, when people start see the truth. Hope GOD will help koda with surgery, because deceiving people when you're sick isn't so profitable.
Man I don't even care about Cobra so I would need to wait even more for something I'm interest in.

Bo legit just spoke about how he isn't going to be done with 7F until September when it was meant to arrive months ago. My point in that quote was that they're both guilty. I have no idea why you chose that quote for this. And are you arguing that without Koda there would be more updates somehow...? I'm so confused.
Anyways, I'm suspicious of the trip thing as well, smells like bullshit to cover ass. I'd also love to know if he has some massive porn addiction or something that's making him delay. I gave him a hand a few weeks back by reworking the portrait script they've been trying to work with so I can appreciate the time that gets sunk into some of it but at this point it's crazy. I'm tempted to see if Bo is looking for extra scripters to do some of the mechanical things, but too many cooks in the kitchen can be a really chaotic experience so I dunno
