I have no clue wath Koda is talking about regarding WG, but this pretty much means that Bo Wei is now free from Floor 7 and Koda has it. So logically That would mean that Bo Wei is working as fast as possible on something right now. Well I will just say that much... you guys should look forward to it this month! (hopefully)

Actually originally I planned to take screen shots of the posts themselves if you were really that lazy to look through the Tot discord but they made this post real long as well as the fact that it started getting annoying to keep track of what I took screen shots of. as well as how daunting it was to crop out things for the purpose of hiding my information so all I can really do is give you the explanation and tell you to just look at #announcements on Koda's discord should you not believe me.

In ToT's discord on the announcements page you will find out that the delay for 7th floor started around 15th of February. Interestingly enough that same post basically hid the small chance that Koda and Bo might make a side project during the development of the 7th floor (if that product was actually warrior guild I am not sure but they didn't make another side project other than that game within the time frame of February and now so.... connect the dots yourself)
March
the Lady cobra expansion aka "Spring Cleaning" was softly announced alongside the expansion of ToT's mechanical structure and the status of the 7th floor on the 16th of march (all in 2019 by the way).
April
April 10th was the next time Koda posted anything ToT related alongside the release dates for the 7th floor and the spring cleaning update as 7th floor was scheduled for late may while the spring cleaning was scheduled for late to early april
May
the 4th of May was when Koda decided to split the spring cleaning into 2 parts as the first part was slated for the 15th of may while the second part was slated to release alongside 7th floor interestingly enough this as well as a post made on the first of May was when Koda started having excuses.....? as the post made on the 1st of may has koda claiming that he has ran into an issue that might delay the update but would try to meet deadline he set on 8th of may then there is the 12th where koda says that he needs more time no real reason behind why just he does. the 28th of may was when Koda announced his now infamous countdown coming on the way as he planed to do this within a 24 hr countdown. the countdown wasn't released until the 1st of June as the countdown can be found

June 2nd was when Koda asked for one last day to release the expansion he ended up adjusting the countdown to accommodate this June 4th was when Koda just flat out say that it will not be done. he ends up posting agin on the 4th releasing the demo of the expansion. Koda and one of his mods started posting random verbal clutter on the 5th until finally releasing the demo which can be found

And that's not even all of the delays and empty promises, some of them were never in the announcements tab, but it would be way too much of a hassle to find them them all.
Most of us who are currently complaining started out bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, singing praises to ToT and the devs, just check our posting history. I remember LeonOne994 in particular used to be full of hope for the devs and brimming with positivity, he would always respectfully disagree with those of us who had started to lose faith in them, and he's been around for far longer than I have. But after that many disappointments people are bound to start feeling like their leg is being pulled.
The name of the game is frustration. 90% of the people following this game's development are frustrated by the devs' underperformance, especially this year, and we're all venting in our own way.
The people calling the devs names every chance they get and hoping Koda gets dropped, and the people who stand by them after everything and choose to focus on their perceived toxicity of this community, we're all in the same boat, coping with the state ToT is in. The only thing differentiating them is that the first group vents their frustation directly at the source of it, while the second group uses the first one as a scapegoat. But hey, that's just like, my opinion

A hassle to gather the info I got and summarize. the fact that there is more to the story kinda proves that this whole delay thing goes deeper but meh I keep coming here just to hear the opinions of others while voicing my own. Whenever a game gains controversy sometimes the more interesting questions are finally asked, controversial opinions grow louder, and alternative options surface.

I would assume because the codebase of ToT is super cluttered and Koda just missed removing that. There's a huge swath of Scarlett code in Koda's main helper script, for example, which I thought was legit but later discovered it's older than Yvonne and isn't used. I could take a look but I suspect the skill books and their actions are defined all over the place and it was easy to miss
EDIT: I checked it out, Quick Tongue has its effect wiped from the database but Reburn does not, looks more like Reburn is the bugged one here since these are meant to be disabled. I'll bring it up to Koda next time I talk to him and see which it is
