I just cannot beat Khulan on LVL3 to get rank S, she hits way too hard. I managed to do it once but got "B" for items used so it was still just Rank A. That means I cannot progress on F6 as I don't have the Static Orb. Any suggestions? I can use Cheat Engine to give myself the Orb if that's possible, but how do I do it?

Imo that's a shitty way of designing a game, especially an adult one. I don't want to grind old content for god knows how long to see the new things...

You need to raise your DEF. Either earn some gold from Khulan's lesser ranks to craft gold armor +10, which provides a substantial DEF boost, or grind Eliza for Ice crystals and make some Frozen Potions.

@Koda- I found a bug that doesn't allow me to replay the couch scene in Karen's bedroom. It was in my "kill all the monks" save, I don't know if different choices still meet this problem yet.

Anyone else getting a bug where using the naga shard to go to other floors will cause a black screen when you come back to karen's room? Also I cant make her appear on the couch on her room :/

Both I think are known bugs. For the first, if you can find your way out the door in Karen's Playground, the screen will restore itself. For the second, I have nothing, probably needs a hotfix.

You can do it yourself. Google rpgmaker decrypter, dowload, and run. Its quite easy. Then you don't have to ask others to do it for you and everyone wins!

If you're powerful enough you can beat Khulan level 3 in 2-3 turns. I can often fire punch her twice and win before she attempts any hold moves, or fire punch twice and then twin punch. But I've got the best equipment and high ATK to allow that to happen.

Then, naturally, I ask Mistress Khulan for continuing ass-slave training

Anyway I agree that you shouldn't need to get S rank to advance in the game generally.

obviously you'll need to raise your def since attack is useless here, but is there a pattern to her attacks? when to use block or grab block?
also what is this msg in her room?
and what about the locked cell? how do you open that?

It's all about her regular attacks. Watch what she uses on odd numbered turns, and immediately use the defensive move listed. when health is below half between her special moves, use a potion. If not, attack

Slap - grab block
Kick - insulator OR block (the one with insulator is a guaranteed KO so go always for insulator) if she puts her foot in your face block
Punch - grab block (i think)
Sword leg - block
after a suscesfull defense attack her with any move to reduce her attack or heal with a potion/technique
