Bra maybe in the temple,near shokeeper ,who teleports you to other worlds.
plus , it think you need to wear bra and get to mushroom area to find another coward demon and defeat him with celestian power to get demon panties..

Ok so I think I may have encountered a bug.. The demon bra that you aquire by defeating that mushroom thingie disapeared on me when I travelled around. Now I cant find it again. I went to the temple next to the witch. No demon bra I even let the talking hat dominate me for a while. Its simply gone, and as I understand it, I cant complete next step with out it..
