You just need to use your Celestial form to fight a monster while wearing her. If the option to use Celestial form is locked, you need to progress their quest further (iirc to the point where you find and rescue Booty and Busty (the sentient underwears)).

But , i ope Nel will ease Glace as her old friend...
Violet is pretty kinky and seems to me as mischievous pretty one...
But ,if we stand before an choice : be dominated by whom? It will be a pretty hard choice XD
Glace is most dominant of the 3. But we had more connection to Nel , than Glace. As a character and as player (i about myself...)
And Nel's drama pretty sad and i very sentimental to her, as like to Penelope and Elith...
