I've forgotten how to rescue booty (the living thong). She won't let me activate the holy angel mode. I don't remember ever having a problem with this in the past.
I was able to get it done. But in a different way than I've done before. I had to get the red witch person to teleport me to the 1st sin boss area. So that busty (the living bra) would be removed from me. And then I was able to continue. Its weird though. In the past busty was never a factor whether or not I could transform.

It's v0.73.008 already, 7 updates happened since the last thread version.
For some reason, even the 73.01 is not working for me, it's showing that the rpa files are corrupted and idk if the dev version save will compatible with a future non dev version.
Is anyone else having problems with the living clothes? First it was the bra preventing me from transforming and preventing me from getting the panties. And now it's the hat (velvita) preventing me from transforming. Even though the gypsy lady is specifically telling me to show the angel transformation to velvita.
yes, and i think the dev has patched it in versions we don't have.
a few posts back i posted some files to unlock the console and instructions on how to activate celestial mode wherever you want which solved these issues for me.

Need a hero for newest game version, this update V0.73.001 is kinda broken.
Me, apparently the version that we have is a bit broken, there is an update but no one has posted it here
I have reached the point where I've taken Galiene and fought with Capt. Ceres, and I ended up beating her to receive Ice Shard. Then I went back to Blacksand Cave hoping to fight her again, but I get the magic mirror instead. Now I am unable to find Capt. Ceres!
Capt. Ceres relationship has been added in Relationships tab and the Orb Lady just tells me to take Galiene and fight Capt. Ceres again, but I simply cannot find Capt. Ceres at all! Wiki and Guide have no mentions of how to fight her again.
Any help here is appreciated...

Have you tried to use the mirror to teleport to the location named "Emerald Galleon"? I cant remember the specifics unfortunately, but the mirror should be able to teleport you to Captain Ceres' ship.

Is there currently any way for Nel to give Cecilia her hairstyle and clothes?

Yup, make sure Nel's control is greatest of others and get far enough in the friendship and it should eventually trigger when you let her possess you.

Or is it that I have to let Nel take control in a specific place?
And finally what type of possesion do you mean?

Don't worry about the version, it was added few updates prior.
Nel will have to have highest control over Celica (you can check it in the "Party" tab -> Body Proficiency)

If it's not high enough just let Nel posess you a lot (also use the Green Talisman tonspeed up the process)
There might also be some requirements with Nel's relationship, but that shouldn't be a problem really.
If all requirements are met, posess someone else (Candy, Faylene, etc) and go back to the house where Nel is in Celica's body. A small cut scene will play and you'll have the hairstyle.
