She could be in your inventory, if not she should respawn

bro,i was checking for the one piece suit, she was in panty form, i was losing it.

You just need to use your Celestial form to fight a monster while wearing her. If the option to use Celestial form is locked, you need to progress their quest further (iirc to the point where you find and rescue Booty and Busty (the sentient underwears)).

Got both still cant trigger it, Celica says there are people around and doesnt transform
