I managed to bring the debug menu back into the latest update. Needless to say this will only work for 0.73.008. I've also only tested it on Windows, so no idea if it works on anything else.
To use it you need to replace the entire "game" folder. I had to de-compile all the archives and add the references to the debug menu back into multiple of the script files. I then tried rebuilding the distributions so I'd only need to share the "script.rpa" file, but Ren'Py kept giving me errors and I couldn't be bothered to figure it out.
It all still works without it being compiled, but it does take a bit longer for the game to boot.

**Note that the "Translation Tools" option in the "Skills & Abilities" menu with debug on doesn't work

Upon further testing "Playable Enemies", "Playable Allies", and "Playable Battle Events" also doesn't seem to work.
Also for some reason the debug menu only works on new games. I guess when the game creates a save file it marks it as the standard edition. I'm currently trying to figure that out.
