I could be wrong, I played all 3 the games and it suggested to be a small place where the zombie outbreak was.
But then in zombie's retreat you get a port to go to the town of passion dimension. And of course the talk about the prince, and L-001.
Maybe I have to play it again, to be certain...

I see. You are referring to the game universe, which is indeed interlinked, while I was talking exclusively about the world of TOP at the time the events in the game actually take place.
