Same. I felt like the alpha felt like half a chapter at best
A few paragraphs have been added to the end.
And they make the chapter even dumber and less plausible. Unfortunately.

The glory hole should have been before the sex at the theater. Going backwards like how the ring came after sex in the wedding dress
This story is getting really ridiculous. Not only is it not worth paying for, but it's not even worth reading.
I was hoping the fight would have more to it in the final. Also, did Sarah already have her suitcase packed before the fight even started? I know he mentions her going to the closet. They were fighting and next moment shes wheeling it out of the room. I figured that might be expanded upon in the final. But no.

“Don’t touch me, not right now,” Sarah snapped, “I don’t want that.”
“Maybe you should stay,” Dan said, thinking of Sarah running off to be with Lester.
“Bye, Dan. I’ll call the girls in the morning, tell them I love them,” Sarah said as she wheeled her
suitcase out of the room.
Also the new ending. Yeesh. Taking a turn to draw this thing out even more it feels.

Any reader ran out of a protagonist to root for 10 chapters ago. At this point, we can only hope an outside party shows up to rescue this mess. Maybe Sarah's parents can figure out that Lester is a sociopath and get him arrested and do time in Joliet
. Dan could end up as a Walmart greeter and Sarah can end up turning tricks from her double wide. The kids should go to her parents.

Don hasn't written anything since 31..writing style completely different. These chapters are somdone else
I read it and my opinion hasn't changed a lot from the alpha. Just a big Meh.

Even from alpha to final, he can make it worst with few more lines, every chapter im surpised how a promised story can become so bad
