I think this is all leading to Sarah having to make a choice. To send Lester or Dan to jail. Dan will eventually gather enough evidence to pin all the hacking on Lester. He will confide in Sarah what he has. The investigation is going to try and pin it on Dan. And then Sarah will choose to either expose Dan's evidence, or withhold it. Withholding sends Dan to jail, or exposing it sends Lester to jail. Her betrayal of Dan fully complete if she opts to send him to jail.

I love that scenario!!! though, why wouldn't Dan disclose his own evidence to his lawyer?

I think what might work to fill that plot hole, is there might be some knowledge or evidence that *Sarah* explicitly has that would exonerate Dan and implicate Lester.

But, I love the premise of her lying to protect Lester over Dan, even when it comes out that Lester orchestrated everything from Dan losing his job to Sarah losing her promotion and, ultimately, her job to who knows what else.

With this scenario, if I think with my heart, it'd be awesome for Sarah to tell the truth and exonerate Dan.

But, my perverse self - yes! I totally admit, I have a very perverse side - would love to see her lie to protect Lester. Then watch it all crumble down around her.

The compromise between my angel and demon would be, same scenario but flipped. She withholds evidence to protect Dan and Lester gets what's coming to him. And Sarah totally embraces her slutty self - i.e. she's no longer using the "I'm doing this for Dan" excuse, she's already broken down her barriers, plenty of guys with big cocks for her, what does she need Lester for? And of course, it ends with her being pregnant. Though not before Sarah has a gangbang behind Dan's back, with Dan later finding out, which would definitely end the "for Dan" excuse - if the two of them ever have a real f*cking conversation! - but I digress.

I think the original charm (and heat) was when the author was letting the story progress naturally, a couple discovering their kinks and falling victim to a predator. Now, he's just trying get from sex scene to sex scene losing the charm that kept the story semi-grounded and hot.

He has Sarah totally gaslighting Dan, but anytime Dan wants to talk to her about it, she points to his dick as proof that he's enjoying it. And, it would have added a lot of depth if he actually focuses a bit on Sarah and Dan's dynamic and contrasting that with Sarah and Lester's dynamic. But, instead, right now the plot is - as others have mentioned - how slutty can Sarah become.

Regarding the grocery scene, he could've generated the same sympathy for Dan, with Dan cooking dinner for the kids while Sarah's getting banged in a dirty bathroom. Or, Dan at the hardware store getting spackle to fix the hole in the drywall and bumps into a neighbor, or Dan cleaning up the dinning room throwing away broken dishes, or Dan washing the kid's sheets...

The first ten chapters or so, there was a very natural flow that made the story intriguing.

Now - to be honest - I'm reading it to see how slutty Sarah will get and when Dan is going to *actually* call her out on it. Because, it's obvious she's not doing this "for Dan" anymore.

The most exciting part for me was Marcus and gang zeroing in on Lester, which is saying something when it comes to a sex story. Even the sex scenes have become mundane. We spent chapters with Sarah, so we had some attachment with her journey. I just don't feel the same about Renee.

Also the makers of the movie Unfaithful are very well within their right to sue Don. (JK, I know it's not gonna happen, just wondering what else Don's gonna rip off from that movie)

The writing, the descriptions, the buildup is all just far superior here . The husband is far more pathetic than Dan but he is written well. You can get him as a character without sympathizing with him

You don't have to agree with this storys morality but you have to agree that this is how you should write one. It feels so much personal

Dan needs to get back by making the release slow. 3-4 months instead of one. That's all he needs

So when Dan said your going to (Chicago to be with him)was that what she was hoping happened and also someone commented that they both don't care about the kids...idk if that's true...Dan opted to stay in the basement while they worked stuff out and also when she said she needed space and maybe go to her parents house she didn't mention taking the kids along...where I'm not taking sides in the story it seems like Sarah has made her mind up with Lester being the winner....she says she's using him / being in control but if you were in control would have been spit roasted in a dingy public bathroom or on your terms..

I agree with you, because I see it the same way.

The story needs an ending so that it can get back on track, because it has long since gone off the rails.

It seems as if the author has lost his enthusiasm for writing.
As long as the money keeps rolling in and there are still plenty of people willing to pay good money for this bullshit, he will continue to write TA "half-heartedly!" with this lack of quality. It's been like this since chapter 14 - 15.

I have no respect for people who exploit innocent and underage children – regardless of whether it's fantasy or reality.
No author or writer would ever think of doing such a thing. At least not unless they were encouraged and emboldened to do so by their readers.

I would rather have that addressed then the limitless number of stories that have unprotected sex after unprotected sex with no pregnancy and no disease. That's so impossible that I can't even temporarily suspend my disbelief.

If we are going to be honest, Don most likely has never read these because he has no idea that every one here is stealing from him. He charges an overly high amount of money for people to ready his stuff and most are, for some reason, willing to pay that much for porn and have the money to do so. We are alone and I am the only caregiver, while this mother fucking state keeps cutting the pay I get because I have no choices. And just to say, if you don't give a damn about the story then why not just write Ted and Marsha were married. Ted gave Marsha the old in and out for years. Marsha cheated in Ted with Wilksbury. As I already mentioned in my comment, I don't really care whether Sarah gets knocked up by a degenerate, antisocial creature like Lester or not.
Dan towers above and surpasses hundreds of people like Lester. His physique, his demeanour and his appearance make thousands of Lesters look old.
His only flaw is that he is weak and fantasises about sharing his wife with other men!
After reading 34 chapters, I have not been able to find any other negative aspects of his character apart from this one point.
He is not to blame for losing his job, although I now believe that he fell victim to internal company intrigues and that is why he lost his job.
The author turns this into a spectacle that drags on, even though it is clear to everyone – whether in fantasy or real life – that a man with his experience, qualities, education and knowledge, especially in Chicago, would have found a new job long ago. But no, he is portrayed as a good-for-nothing, a fool and an idiot – and many people think that's great – and above all as a doormat for a creep and son of a bitch like Lester and his wife, who has become a slut.

If Sarah's dream was to have someone like Lester as her life partner, she should fulfil it.
